Conor Finnegan

"I can do this all day!" – Captain America

Conor Finnegan joined the Opus team as a Web Developer in February 2023. His main duties at Opus include everything from project briefs, designing mockup sketches to building fully responsive websites for clients. Conor mainly builds his websites through Elementor on Wordpress, while also adding some CSS code to each to make sure each of his sites are pixel perfect.  He also has experience using other CMS platforms such as Shopify, Wix and Joomla.

Over 10 years’ working in the Web & Design industry, Conor has gained vital experience from companies in different fields and has taken strong points from each field and developed it into his own game. With a background in design, Conor brings UX & UI elements into his websites to make sure that not only is the website a stunning design, but also the flow of the website is focused completely on a happy user journey. Conors passion for design started at a young age, excelling at Art throughout school before taking this passion and putting it into his Web Design.

Conor also has skills and experience using the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom, allowing him to add some digital aspects to his creative package.

He graduated in 2012 from Jordanstown University in Belfast with a BSc. Hons in Interactive Multimedia Design, which focused on Web Design, Graphic Design, HTML, CSS, PHP & App Design. He also took an Advanced eCommerce Course at Monaghan Institute in 2014.

Outside of Opus, Conor has a passion for the outdoors. His hobbies include Landscape Photography, Hiking Mountains and long drives away with his family. He also has a big passion for football and GAA.
