Helping Irish Hosts (HIH) emerged in direct response to the humanitarian crisis that has arisen as a consequence of the war in Ukraine. Their purpose is to empower and support individuals and communities in Ireland to host Ukrainians in their homes, safely and sustainably.
Helping Irish Hosts approached Opus Web Design looking for a website to showcase their services and support for Ukraine. We were delighted to help by offering our time for free and working alongside Helping Irish Hosts to contribute what we could towards the crisis.
All Opus Web Design staff took part in creating this website. The project brief was to create and design a website that was user-friendly both for Irish people looking to Host Ukrainian Families, and Ukrainians looking for information regarding hosting. The client helped adding content also. The website contains a blog also for updates for people that are interested.
