Sarah Murray is a Paediatric Behaviour Analyst based in County Cork and working nationwide, specialising and consulting in child behaviour, infant development and early intervention, helping to support and assist families across Ireland using practical, effective and evidence-based intervention strategies.
The project brief was redesigning the old website and adding more functionalities and features to ease the manual workload for the client. Sarah was looking for a soft, friendly, warm and approachable feeling to the website. New sections and pages for online consultation bookings, waiting lists, automatic email reminders and newsletter subscriptions are just a few.
Amy was the staff member chosen for this project and the platform chosen was WIX. WIX was chosen as the client's old website was also on WIX and they offered services to cover the client's needs. Working closely alongside Sarah the website now offers online bookings for consultations, integrated with zoom and automatic emails. This means less manual work for the client and more time to focus on helping families and their children.
The website was launched in September 2022 and the client is now on a maintenance contract with Opus. This allows for weekly website updates and continued support from the Opus team on any website enquiries or issues. Training will be provided and Sarah will be able to manage her business online more than she could before.
