The brief for Cosy Cabins was a complete redesign of their old and outdated site which was not user-friendly. They wanted to advertise their cabins on a new modern site that reflected their forward-thinking business model. E-commerce capabilities were also to be set up for this project so that users could purchase a cabin. It was important for the website to be accessible to all users through accessible design and also responsive design; ensuring the site was usable across all screen sizes.
Conor was the team member assigned to this project and he worked closely with the client, meeting frequently to ensure the client's needs and wants were met with this site. The website was built on WordPress. We believed this was the best platform as it allowed more freedom with the overall design, as well as e-commerce capabilities.
The client was delighted with the end result and is confident that their clients will find it a lot easier to use and love the new website.
The website was launched in July 2023. They are now availing of their 1 month-free maintenance.
