Fitzpatrick Fitted Furniture was established in 1992 by Barry Fitzpatrick. Coming from a background in fitted furniture with almost 30 years of experience to date, Fitzpatrick Fitted Furniture is now one of Ireland's leading kitchen design companies.
The project brief was for a website redesign, the client had an outdated website. They wanted a new fresh design, that was user-friendly, easy to navigate and represented the business brand. Adding the new function of an online store and consultation booking system to generate new leads for the business.
Fitzpatrick Kitchens was built on WIX as the client wanted to have full control over editing content and adding new projects to the website. Amy was the member assigned to this project redesign and worked closely with the client to ensure all key requirements were met.
The website functionalities were an eCommerce store which offers click-and-collect from the client's location in Belturbet Co.Cavan. It was important that the store could also provide delivery options in future as well as different shipping methods based on the product price and type. An online booking consultation has been added to the site to allow customers to get in touch with the client quickly.
A blog was added to the site to allow tips and recommendations for anyone looking to get a kitchen designed. FAQs for customers to answer any basic questions they may have before getting in touch with the business and an invoice payment system allowing the client to start offering online payments to customers, making the payment process a lot quicker for them.
The client received full training on the website and was extremely happy with the site and its easy-to-navigate layout. The site was completed in January 2023.
