Natural Wellness work with people to improve their quality of life through a mix of nutritional therapy, health screening and treatment advice. They have been advising clients on their nutrition since 2013. Through a holistic approach to their lives, we help them achieve optimum energy levels, healthy blood sugar balance, emotional and psychological well being.
The project brief was to redesign the old outdated website and give it a new fresh modern look. Along with the main focus of an online booking system for customers. The website was created on WordPress and the bookings were set up and integrated through Simply Book.
The website needed to be easy to navigate and most importantly easy for potential customers to book their appointments online. Amy was the team member chosen for this website and Niamh for the logo design.
Functionalities added to the website are as follows; an online booking system where users can select dates, see what dates are unavailable and book their appointment online. Blogs for news and events, contact information to be front and centre for customers.
Also included for the client was the set up of a Google My Business page and SEO to ensure they were viewable on the first page of Google. Site speed as always was important to ensure clients could access and book appointments quickly through the site.
Upon project completion, the client went through training with us to ensure she was comfortable with every aspect of the booking platform. He is now able to manage and maintain all of the website pages and upload new blog posts when needed. The project was completed in May 2021.
